NCSB has established the following quality objectives :

  • To minimize defects from the use of sub-standard construction material and poor quality product and/or workmanship ;

  • To minimize material wastage at all time ;

  • To deliver product and services as per specified requirements within its agreed delivery time period ;

  • To respond / attend to customer's complaints / needs within 12 working hours.

  • To achieve zero complaint objective by delivering competitive quality products and services to customers.

To ensure that quality objectives are achieved, the measurable of each objective shall be defined and reviewed in the Management Review.
